🗓️ Itinerary Overview
Day 1: Arrival – Arusha
Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, meet and greet by our guide, and transfer to your family lodge in Arusha.
Overnight: Arusha
Day 2: Arusha → Tarangire National Park
Drive to Tarangire, home to huge herds of elephants and baobab trees. Kids enjoy spotting giraffes, zebras, and warthogs. Afternoon game drive and overnight at a family lodge.

Day 3: Tarangire – Game Drives & Family Activities
Morning and afternoon game drives with optional short nature walk around the lodge. Learn about animal tracks and local plants.

Day 4: Tarangire → Lake Manyara National Park
Drive to Lake Manyara, famous for tree-climbing lions and hippos. Enjoy a picnic lunch by the lake and visit the treetop walkway (optional, great for kids).

Day 5: Karatu → Serengeti National Park
Scenic drive through the Ngorongoro Highlands to Serengeti. Game drive en route and settle into your tented camp.

Day 6: Full Day in Serengeti
Early morning and afternoon game drives to spot lions, elephants, and — depending on season — the Great Migration herds. Relax during the mid-day break at camp.

Day 7: Serengeti – Family Safari Experience
Another day in Serengeti with a chance to visit a ranger station or enjoy an educational talk about wildlife conservation.

Day 8: Serengeti → Ngorongoro Crater
Morning game drive as you leave Serengeti. Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for incredible wildlife viewing — perfect for children to spot the Big Five in one place.

Day 9: Karatu → Lake Eyasi (Cultural Visit)
Drive to Lake Eyasi to meet the Hadzabe (hunter-gatherers) and Datoga (blacksmith) tribes. Kids can try bow-and-arrow hunting demonstrations and see metal crafts.
Meals: B, L, D – Overnight: Karatu
Day 10: Karatu → Arusha
Drive back to Arusha. Relax at the lodge or enjoy a short city visit.

Day 11: Departure
Transfer to the airport for your flight home or onward to Zanzibar for beach relaxation.
