Day 1: Moshi Arrival
Meet your climb leader for briefing and gear check. Overnight at base hotel.

Day 2: Londorossi Gate (2,100 m) → Mti Mkubwa Camp (2,785 m)
Drive to Londorossi Gate, register, and hike 3–4 hours through rainforest to Mti Mkubwa.

Day 3: Mti Mkubwa → Shira 1 Camp (3,500 m)
Leave the forest for the Shira Plateau with sweeping views of Kibo Peak.

Day 4: Shira 1 → Shira 2 Camp (3,850 m)
Leisurely trek across the plateau, gaining gradual altitude and acclimatization.
